Motion Analytics offers custom AI development with fair, project-based pricing. Each project includes a one-time setup for custom development, design, and first year hosting. After the first year, clients can choose to continue with our hosting/maintenance plans OR migrate to self-hosting. All dashboards require hosting to function - they cannot run without server infrastructure.
1. Starter Package (setup includes first year hosting, then a monthly plan). Perfect for single departments or focused use cases. Includes the data integrations defined in your proposal, essential animations, monthly uptime monitoring, basic performance reports, and email support with 24-hour response time during business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm EST). After year one: Continue with our hosting plan OR self-host (one-time migration setup, scoped in your proposal). Enhancement requests are billed at the rate stated in your proposal.
2. Professional Suite (setup includes first year hosting, then a monthly plan). Ideal for multiple dashboards and advanced integrations. Includes comprehensive data coverage, advanced animations, bi-weekly performance optimization, quarterly dashboard reviews, priority email support with 24-hour response time, and up to 5 hours monthly of minor updates. After year one: Continue with our hosting plan OR self-host (one-time migration setup, scoped in your proposal). Additional work is billed at the rate stated in your proposal.
3. Enterprise Platform (custom setup includes first year hosting, then a tailored monthly plan). For organizations requiring custom integrations. Includes API access, white-label options, monthly strategic consultation calls, dedicated account management, priority support, and up to 15 hours monthly of updates. After year one: Continue with our hosting plan OR self-host (one-time migration setup, scoped in your proposal). Additional work is billed at the rate stated in your proposal.
4. Hosting Requirements. Dashboards require active hosting to function. Our monthly plans include AWS/cloud infrastructure, SSL certificates, database hosting, API endpoints, authentication systems, and 99.9% uptime SLA. Self-hosting requires equivalent infrastructure and technical expertise.
5. What Constitutes a "Bug" vs. "Enhancement". A bug is defined as functionality that doesn't work as originally specified in the project scope. An enhancement is any new feature, design change, or modification to existing functionality beyond the original scope - regardless of size.
6. Change Request Process. All enhancement requests must be submitted in writing and approved with a written estimate before work begins. Minimum billing increments and rates are stated in your proposal. Rush requests (under 48-hour turnaround) carry a rush premium, stated in the estimate.
7. Service Level Commitments. Response times begin when we receive your request during business hours. Emergency support (Enterprise Platform only) covers critical system failures that prevent dashboard access. Non-critical issues follow standard response times.
8. Termination and Transition. After the included first year, clients choose one of three paths: (a) continue with our hosting and support plan, (b) migrate to self-hosting with a one-time migration setup scoped in your proposal, or (c) take the dashboard offline. 30-day notice is required for any option. We provide documentation and transition support for all paths.
9. Pricing and Payment Terms. Setup is invoiced on the milestone schedule in your Statement of Work and our Payment & Billing Policy. Monthly plan billing begins in month 13 and is billed in advance. Deposits and refunds follow that policy. Plan rates are reviewed annually with 60-day notice.
10. Contact and Escalation. For support requests, email [email protected]. For urgent Enterprise Platform issues, call our emergency line provided in your service agreement.
